Tomorrow morning we will leave our slip in Emery Cove and head down to Monterrey Bay for two and a half weeks of (mostly) vacation. We will be joined on the passage by crew members Deane, Lisa, and Kian and possibly Carl. We plan to leave early and make it to Half Moon Bay by mid afternoon. The NOAA report shows downright calm for the passage, so I hope we weren’t wrong taking down the 153%.
On Sunday morning we will depart Half Moon Bay and make our way south to Santa Cruz harbor. We’ll spend the rest of next week there and head further south on Saturday or Sunday (16th/17th) to Monterrey Harbor. From there we don’t have a solid plan but we’re hoping to visit Stillwater Cove on the recommendation of our good friend Mike.
